• By replying to our messages, you consent to receive further SMS communications related to the potential sale of your property.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Purchase Offers

• All offers are made in good faith and are subject to property inspection.
• No offer is binding until a written purchase agreement is signed by both parties.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any offer prior to contract execution.

No Obligation

Engaging with our SMS outreach creates no obligation to sell. You may stop the conversation at any time by replying STOP or simply not responding.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hidalgo County, Texas.
