WholesaleOS is operated by Roberto Vela III, a real estate investor based in Texas. We purchase residential properties directly from homeowners for cash.

• SMS message content when you reply to our outreach

• Contact you about purchasing your property
• Negotiate and execute a purchase agreement if you choose to sell
• Comply with legal obligations

SMS Communications

We may send you SMS messages regarding your property. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS from us. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use third-party services (Twilio for SMS, Supabase for data storage, Notion for CRM) solely to operate our business. These providers have their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to complete a transaction or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
